"Wight Heaven" is a perfect hideaway for a short, or long, self catering break on the most beautiful part of that glorious little portion of Heaven on Earth,
The Isle of Wight.

Short Breaks    3 day weekend Friday - Sunday and 4 day Monday - Thursday bookings are often available during the low seasons, please ask.
Booking Please phone or email us to confirm availability of your chosen dates.
Visitors will be asked to send a payment /cheque for £75 to secure the booking, and complete our booking form.
(Post dated cheques are not acceptable)
The balance of the full rental plus a £50 security deposit must be received by us 4 weeks before the arrival date.
Security deposit of £50 is held against breakages, damages, extra cleaning costs, etc. It will be promptly returned after your holiday provided everything is in order.
Cancellation  Once deposit is received  a binding contract has been made and full payment will become due 4 weeks before arrival date,
Should  you  cancel, or should we not receive the balance of payment in due time 4 weeks before your arrival date, every endeavour will be made to rebook the accomodation. The initial deposit will be forfeit to cover our additional costs, and if we are unable to rebook the accomodation, the visitor will become liable for the full amount due, even if the accomodation is not taken up.
We therefore recommend visitors take out travel insurance, including cancellation cover, as soon as they submit the signed booking form.
(These conditions are necessary to protect us from rental losses incurred through no fault of ourselves. Insurance protects both of us from the unforseen! If a problem arises, please talk to us as soon as possible, as sometimes we can arrange a change of  holiday date at no or minimal cost with early warning.)
Pets, overcrowding, etc.
Visitors are not permitted to bring pets and animals onto this site.
Wight Heaven is designed and insured  to sleep no more than 3, non smoking, people.
Inconsiderate use of radios, music players, abusive or unsocial behaviour is totally out of keeping on this delightful site.
The essence of your contract is for peaceful enjoyment with others of your holiday home, therefore the site manager has full authority to require anyone in breach of any of the above, after due warning, to vacate the premises without recompense or refund.
Keys/ Access.
Full details will be given to you in your confirmation letter. Access to the safe and secure site is through an automated gate, your entry code will also be in your letter.
Arrival at your Wight Heaven should  be at/ after 3.p.m , vacating the chalet by 10.a.m. on departure day.
Keys must be returned before leaving the site, failure to do so will  incur deductions from your deposit for replacement of locks.
Damage.
Any damage or breakages are the responsibility of the visitor. We are not Ogres though, just trying to ensure Wight Heaven is found clean, tidy and complete for the next visitor to enjoy. Therefore please do tell us of any breakage or damage before you leave.
Problems.
We are anxious that you enjoy your stay here, and very much want to welcome you back again another time. If  you encounter a problem please tell us. (If you are delighted with your visit we love to hear that also!).
The site manager, is also the owner of the grounds, and is a very helpful chap to ask  advice from.
